ATFBank floats 15 bl tenge worth of domestic bonds

Interfax-Kazakhstan - Kazakhstan-based ATFBank has announced its 5th issue of two-year domestic bonds worth 15 billion tenge (current FOREX rate is 147.36/$1), the bank says in a statement.
The face value of one bond is 1,000 tenge. The floating coupon rate is adjusted to the inflation level plus 1.5%, or 8% per annum as lower limit for coupon interest rate and 8% per annum as upper limit.
Fitch Ratings has assigned "BBB" long term rating and "AAA(kaz)" national currency long term rating to the bonds issue.
In 2009 ATFBank was ranked 22nd by assets among the CIS banks and 4th among the Kazakh banks according to the Interfax-1000: CIS Bank ranking prepared by the Interfax Center of Economic Analysis.
