The government of Kazakhstan accepted the anti-crisis program at a Tuesday meeting in Astana.
"This plan of cooperation between the Kazakh government, the National Bank and the State Financial Supervision Agency, including SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund and KazAgro national holding, gives answers to all the questions of what to do with the financial system, small- and medium-sized businesses, housing construction, mortgage, agriculture and innovative industrial component," Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov told a government meeting.
According to him, the anti-crisis plan of the government is fully subsidized.
A stabilization plan of the government was presented to the Nur Otan party on Monday.
"Some 1.2 trillion tenge or approximately $10 billion have been assigned from the National Fund for the fulfillment of this plan by the instruction of the head of state. The allocation will be added to the money assigned from the budget of 2009-2011 and spent on five vectors," Masimov said.
