Max Petroleum spuds at KZN-1 (page 2)

The Company announces the spudding of the KZN-1 exploration well on the North Kyzylzhar II East Block prospect in Block E. Testing of the Borkyldakty prospect is expected to commence within the week. We do not expect any significant share impact as we believe the news was in line with market expectations.
