Stefan ScholzManaging Director - Head of Investment BankingStefan joined Visor Capital in February 2006 and is responsible for the Investment Banking business, including the Advisory, M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance divisions. Stefan has 17 years experience in banking and gained extensive experience in the origination and execution of medium and large-scale investment banking transactions across different industries in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia at both JPMorgan Chase and Dresdner Kleinwort. Stefan studied Economics and Business Administration in Germany and the U.K. and holds a full-time MBA from the Henley Management College. He is an honorary speaker at major international conferences and member of the International Advisory Board to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty (RFCA). |
