Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to cooperate on financial control issues

Omarkhan Oksikbayev, the chairman of the Accounting Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget (AC) and Iskander Gaipkulov, the chairman of the Accounting Chamber of Kyrgyzstan signed and agreement on cooperation in Bishkek, the AC's press office said.
According to the press office, this agreement foresees the exchange of experience between the financial control superior institutions of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on the issues of methodology and implementation of state audit and financial control.
Both sides plan to cooperate in professional skills training and retraining of staff and organize joint researches, discussion groups and conferences.
The Accounting Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget, Kazakhstan's superior body for state financial control, performs outside control, evaluates the execution of the republican budget, the use of grants, state assets, state-guaranteed loans and monies from realization of goods and services by state institutions.
The Accounting Chamber of Kyrgyzstan is a superior financial control body of this country.
