The National Business Forum will be held in Almaty on Decembers 10 to seek best ways to deal with the raging crisis.
The event is organized by Business Media Group (BMG) think tank supported by the Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev and the Association of Bolashak Program Graduates.
"The forum will offer a series of proposals and recommendations on how to reform three main spheres: macroeconomic, microeconomic and humanitarian. The recommendations are based on MBG expert studies that dealt with the causes of the crisis and the factors affecting those spheres," according to the press release.
According to the key conclusion of the research, the prime causes of the crisis does not necessary involve global and domestic financial systems, but come from values disorientation, intellectual and cultural deterioration and the lack of the feedback and the initiative in the civil society.
The research of the humanitarian aspect revealed that a driving force behind all reforms is 1% of the most open-minded representatives of the government, business circles and society. Up until now that elite has been scattered around all layers of the society, while the National Business Forum will be the first step to their integration. The forum expects about 200 participants to attend the event.
