Stefano joined Visor Capital in September 2009 from Cheuvreux where he led the European Equity Sales effort into the Italian client base. Prior to Cheuvreux he was Director at ING Bank, and was one of the top cash equity sales in Europe. Previously, he worked at Santander and Morgan Stanley in sales, sales trading and trading roles. He brings with him over 12 years of equity sales experience. He has degree in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia.

Michael Costello joined Visor Capital in March 2010, having previously worked as Head of Trading at Regent Securities in Egypt. Michael also has experience trading global emerging markets while at London based Holland Park Capital , where Strategies included directional bets , sector rotation, pair trading and event driven. Prior to this, he was with Merrill Lynch Prime Brokerage in London where he joined after graduating in Finance & Economics from Trinity College Dublin

Gustaf Ramel

Gustaf joined Visor Capital in October 2007. He has more than 12 years of Equities Sales and Equity Capital Markets experience from London, Hong Kong and Beijing. He worked for 7 years at Cazenove & Co. in London as an equities broker covering Scandinavia before moving to JPMorgan where he managed a team selling US, European & Asian Equities & derivatives to the region. During his time at JPMorgan, Gustaf was consistent ranked among the top performers in the Alpha League table for investment returns and ideas. In 2005 Gustaf was posted to Beijing and Hong Kong and was instrumental in winning a number of ECM mandates. Gustaf Ramel holds a BA in Finance & Derivatives from Lund University in Sweden.

Abay joined Visor Capital in July 2010 and is responsible for client relations, trade, financial, administrative and operational support. Prior to joining Visor Abay for 6 years worked at HSBC Bank Kazakhstan, where he held various roles in custody area. His last role was the Head of HSBC Securities Services. Abay holds a Master of business administration degree from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP).

Daniyar Aristambayev

Daniyar joined Visor Capital in May 2009 and is responsible for developing derivatives trading operations for the clients as well as trading Equities and Fixed income securities on both local and international markets. Previously he was developing hedging solutions for the corporate and retail clients in Eurasian Bank and prior to that he was part of the Derivatives and Structured products trading team in Kazkommertsbank. Daniyar has also worked in London as Research analyst with Bear Stearns International. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with management from University College London (UK).

Askar rejoined Visor Capital in August 2011 and is responsible for local and international trading operations. Prior to joining Visor, he worked as an equity and debt trader at TuranAlem Securities and Visor Capital. Askar has additional experience in currency trading on Forex and as an independent agent for PFG Inc. Askar holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.

Ainur joined the Visor Capital sales team in March 2011 as a Vice President, and is responsible for developing business both with local institutional and international clients as well as retail business direction. Prior joining Visor Ainur held a position Head of Sales at Commodity Stock Exchange ETS, where was responsible for assisting derivative market development among professional brokerage companies, commodity brokerage firms and retail customers. From 2008 to 2010 Ainur worked at domestic brokerage house as a Managing Director covering brokerage and trading activities both in international stock market and KASE. Prior to this, she was with the EastKommerts as a senior sales-trader for emerging markets, and before that - at Kazkommerts Securities as senior sales. Ainur holds MBA degree in Finance from University of International Business.

Oleg Aksyonov joined VISOR Capital in August 2011 and is responsible for private and corporate client relations. Previously Oleg was the Head of Futures Market Department at Plankion Invest where he promoted the development of the futures market of Kazakhstan. Prior to joining Plankion Invest he was the Head of Asset Management Department at Brokerage Company Astana Finance where he was responsible for investments of several mutual funds. Oleg holds BA in Finance from Turan University.

Yuliya joined Visor Capital in July 2010 and is responsible for local and international institutional sales.
Previously she worked at Centras Securities, where she was engaged in research of domestic and international capital markets and provided product related advisory services to the clients of the company. Prior to that Yuliya had a comprehensive internship at Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA). Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia.
