Ministry of Justice registers Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund

Interfax-Kazakhstan - Kazakh Ministry of Justice registered Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund.
"Samruk-Kazyna Fund is now officially registered with the Justice Ministry and its issue of shares has been authorized," the Ministry of Finance said.
The authorized capital of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund is wholly owned by the state.
As reported, Samruk State Fund of Sustainable Growth and Kazyna State Holding were merged into National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
