JOB TITLE	:	Lawyer
COUNTRY	:	Kazakhstan

EXPERIENCE	:	Person needs to have at least 3 years experience as a lawyer in a financial and capital market environment, ideally investment banking transaction experience, i.e. merger and acquisition , capital market transactions, including drafting and negotiating related documentation (e.g. NDAs, offering circular, underwriting agreement, SPA's etc.)
PREFERRED EDUCATION	:	Bachelor’s degree in legal affairs from a leading university, ideally internationally.
KNOWLEDGE	:	Fluency in both Russian & English is desirable. Sound understanding of Kazakh and international (English) law, including competition law, securities law, stock exchange law, corporate law, contract law.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	:	Corporate / transaction lawyer.

EXPERIENCE	:	Person needs to have at least 3 years of translation / interpretation experience.

KNOWLEDGE	:	English – fluent, legal and economical terminology
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	:	Will need to provide written translation of variety of documents and oral interpretation during the meetings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	:	Provides administrative and secretarial support, including office work flow, calls, appointments, correspondence, ticket & hotel booking, data compilation and records control.

JOB TITLE	:	Director, Back Office Department
COUNTRY	:	Kazakhstan
CITY	:	Almaty
EXPERIENCE	:	Person needs to have at least 5 years experience as a Director in Back Office Department in a financial and capital market environment, ideally Significant experience of broker, back office functions, i.e. General Management of Back office, support of broker dealer activities related to the settlement and accounting of clients’ securities and cash, execution and registration of securities transactions (e.g. Production of external regulatory reporting statements to AFN & NBRK etc.)
PREFERRED EDUCATION	:	University Education
KNOWLEDGE	:	Fluency in both Russian & English is desirable. Practical experience in cooperation with AFN & NBRK is must.
