EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS	:	Minimum of 3-5 years international investment banking experience involving corporate finance, M&A, advisory, capital markets or/and project finance transactions Emerging market experience essential, and sector focus on oil & gas, metals and mining, or/and financial services sectors desirable Ability and strong desire to run investment banking transactions from start to finish Strong technical skills (analysis, financial modeling, structuring, etc.), excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to develop and supervise junior staff in the preparation of materials to support investment banking engagements Excellent conceptual and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under high pressure, and willingness to travel
PREFERRED EDUCATION	:	Strong academic background, MBA desirable

JOB TITLE	:	Analyst Investment Banking

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS	:	Up to 2 years experience involving exposure to corporate finance, M&A, advisory, capital markets or/and project finance transactions desirable Sound knowledge of Russia and the CIS region, with a good understanding of oil & gas, metals and mining, or/and financial services sectors desirable Strong desire to gain exposure to complex investment banking transactions, and executing related tasks including the analysis of companies and markets, the preparation of documents and presentations, and the coordination of processes Good understanding of company/industry analysis and financial modeling methodologies Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with a strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel as a distinct advantage Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION	:	Graduate or Master degree from a leading university
